BPH Energy Limited would like to advise that there are limited days remaining for you to purchase BPH shares and to access the current offer under the planned spin-off of Molecular Discovery Systems (MDSystems).

To receive one share at no cost in MDSystems for every listed BPH share you hold at the record date you will need to have purchased your shares in BPH by no later that COB Thursday, 24 December 2009.  Shareholders must hold their BPH shares for five days after the date of shareholder approval of the spin-off which will be sought at the General Meeting on the same day.
